EAS Phen-Free
Scientists have discovered when you lose weight, your metabolic rate (the
rate at which your body burns calories) may decrease. This is why some dieters hit
the wall they lose fat for a few weeks, then their progress comes to a
standstill. Because their bodies are burning fewer and fewer calories, in order
to continue to lose fat, they need to reduce food intake to the point where
it’s not only uncomfortable but also more likely to cause a loss of muscle
tissue.
The good news is, a proper exercise program helps maintain muscle tissue
while helping create an energy deficit, thereby forcing the body to rely on
stored bodyfat as fuel. And, scientific evidence suggests the use of
supplements, such as Phen-Free, may also help reinforce the metabolic rate. This
formula contains state-of-the-art ingredients that may support thermogenesis
(the body’s ability to burn calories). If your goal is to lose bodyfat and
increase muscle tone, Phen-Free may provide you with an extra edge to help you
achieve your goal.
Four capsules
contain: To maximize the fat-burning effects, try taking Phen-Free about one hour
prior to exercise, especially cardiovascular exercise, performed first thing in
the morning. You can also take 1 dose 30 minutes before a meal. Since this is a
powerful metabolic support formula and contains some potent ingredients like
caffeine and synephrine, it's best to stick with the recommendation of taking
two to four capsules daily, 30 minutes before meals and/or exercise. Remember,
if you have hypertension, heart problems, nervous disorders, are pregnant, or
have any other medical condition, please consult your physician before using
Phen-Free.
Phen-Free was designed to be similar to the popular thermogenic combination
of caffeine, ephedrine, and aspirin. Some research suggests this combination
increases fat burning and boosts metabolic rate.
With Phen-Free, EAS researchers made some modifications to create this
state-of-the-art thermogenic product. One of the modifications was to use Citrus
aurantium standardized to six percent synephrine instead of ephedrine. Citrus
aurantium, ephedrine's "calmer" chemical cousin, offers many of the
metabolic-enhancing effects of ephedrine. The other ingredients, including
yohimbe, cordyceps, L-tyrosine, St. John's wort, synephrine, and cayenne pepper
powder, may work together to create the powerful thermogenic effects of this
product.
Like ephedrine, synephrine is an adrenergic amine that is extracted from the
Chinese fruit zhishi, also known as Citrus aurantium, or bitter orange. Both
ephedrine and synephrine may enhance metabolic rate, increase fat burning, and
spare muscle protein. However, people who use synephrine typically experience
very little, if any, of the "agitation" associated with ephedrine use,
probably because synephrine causes less central nervous system stimulation.
Synephrine is distributed efficiently to other tissues in the body, including
muscle and fat cells. There, like ephedrine, it stimulates both alpha and beta
adrenoreceptors. Ongoing research indicates synephrine may be more thermogenic
(increasing resting metabolic rate) but cause less stimulation to the heart rate
and blood pressure than ephedrine. Research also indicates that synephrine is
safe, with no serious side effects reported in laboratory animals at doses as
high as 10 grams per kilogram body weight (4.5 grams/pound).
